NSPIRES - Solicitations Summary

PRE-PROPOSAL TELECONFERENCE A pre-proposal teleconference will be held on February 4, 2010 from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time. So that NASA will be able to cover as much information as possible at the teleconference prospective proposers are requested to submit any written questions before 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on February 1, 2010. Only questions submitted in advance will be answered during the teleconference. No live questions will be taken or answered during the call. Questions should be submitted to HQ-SummerOfInnovation@mail.nasa.gov To dial into the teleconference, call (800) 857-5162. The participant passcode is 40130. For relay services for the hearing impaired, at the start time of the event, please login to the following website: http://www.fedrcc.us//Enter.aspx?EventID=1491467&CustomerID=321. The participant confirmation number is 1491467. NASA will post written questions and answers to the NSPIRES website. Note: Throughout the proposal process, proposers may continue to submit questions via the HQ-SummerOfInnovation@mail.nasa.gov email address. Questions will be answered through the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) page of the NSPIRES Summer of Innovation solicitation site as soon as possible after receipt.
NOTE: To improve proposal reviewability, submit one PDF file to NSPIRES that begins with the Table of Contents and includes all information such as Attachments, Biographical Sketches, References and Citation, Budget Justification, Letters of Support, etc.
