  • February 27, 2018. Notices have been added to the top of the DALI and MatISSE program elements in an attempt to distinguish between the two. Instruments advancing lunar science suitable for small landers, including those of commercial providers, should be submitted to C.22 DALI, whereas those with a broader scope belong in C.13 MatISSE. Proposers considering submissions to both programs are strongly encouraged to review the prohibition on duplicate proposals guidance in Section 3.1 of C.1 Planetary Science Research Program Overview. Additionally it was noted that no data management plan is required in DALI proposals.
  • The description of the specific proposal opportunity on this page is contained in the document 'C.22 Development and Advancement of Lunar Instrumentation Program'. The document 'C.1 Planetary Science Research Program Overview' describes research activities within the NASA science division that is managing the specific proposal opportunity on this page and may impose requirements upon proposals submitted to this program element. The document 'Summary of Solicitation' describes the common requirements for all ROSES-2018 proposal opportunities. The documents 'Table 2' and 'Table 3' contain the list of all proposal opportunities and their due dates. All of these documents are kept up to date and incorporate amendments, clarifications, and corrections in a clearly identifiable manner.
