  • NOTICE: Amended August 19, 2024. This Amendment releases final text for this program element which was previously listed as TBD. NOIs are requested by October 11, 2024, and proposals are due November 20, 2024. Proposals submitted to this program will be evaluated using a dual-anonymous review process. Proposals must be prepared according to the guidelines in Section 5 and in the associated "Guidelines for Anonymous Proposals" document under "Other Documents" on the NSPIRES page for this program element. Proposers are strongly encouraged to use of the Earth Science Division templates for reporting Work Effort and Current and Pending Support.
