• NOTICE: Amended December 5, 2023. This Amendment releases final text for this program element which was previously listed as TBD. NOIs are requested by January 5, 2024, and proposals are due February 13, 2024. The timeline for submission is 70 days, shorter than the standard ROSES open period but longer than the 60 days projected in the TBD placeholder. The page Limits for the Central Science/Technical/Management (S/T/M) Section of Proposals is 7 pages, see Section 3.3.
