• February 20, 2020: Sections 1 and 2.2 of ROSES-2020 program element C.5 Exobiology have been corrected to indicate that proposals on the formation of complex organic molecules in space and their delivery to planetary surfaces are allowed. Deleted text is struck through. The due dates remain unchanged: NOIs are requested by April 22, 2020 and proposals are due May 22, 2020.
