  • October 20, 2011. The original text indicated that copies of the statements of commitment from Co-Is should be included in the body of the proposal. That was an error and has been corrected. Instead, team members should indicate their participation online via NSPIRES. Letters of Support from End-User Organizations, if appropriate, should still included in the body of proposal. The due dates remain unchanged.
  • Amended on August 25, 2011. This amendment presents the final text for this Appendix, which replaces the prior text in its entirety. The changes include: The priority topics in Section 2.1 have been revised. This program element will be implemented in two Stages. Twelve month Stage 1-Feasibility projects will be awarded with an Option for three-year Stage 2-Decisions projects to be awarded at the end of Stage 1. Notices of Intent to propose are due September 22, 2011. Proposals are due November 22, 2011.
  • May 23, 2011: The text for this program element is being revised and will be posted via Amendment at least 90 days in advance of the new due date for proposals. The due date is TBD until the release of the Amendment presenting the final text.
