  • December 11, 2024. Spurious references to anonymization in Section 6 of F.13 Lunar Terrain Vehicle Instruments have been struck through. Also the FAQ has been updated. The due date remains unchanged.
  • November 19, 2024. Text has been struck through in the 7th bullet in Section 4.2 of F.13 Lunar Terrain Vehicle Instruments to confirm that there are no page limits for Biographical Sketches. Also, the budget phasing in Section 6 (corrected on November 13) is relevant for Phases A-D; phasing for Phases E/F is based on need given proposed operations plans, which shall be justified in the proposal. To F.13 Lunar Terrain Vehicle Instruments a requirement was added to Sections 2.4.15 and 4.2 to complete "Payload Category Assessment Form" and new required travel was added to Section 6, to support mandatory in-person Payload Safety Reviews. New text is in bold. The due date remains unchanged: Step-2 proposals are due December 23, 2024.
  • October 18, 2024. The Maximum duration of awards in Section 10 of F.13 Lunar Terrain Vehicle Instruments has been updated to 6 years and Section 4.2.7 "Biographical Sketches and Current and Pending" was added in response to the changes to 2 CFR 200 on October 1, see the grants notice and the Amended Summary of Solicitation. New text is in bold and deleted text is struck through. The due dates remain unchanged: Step-1 proposals are due October 23, 2024, and Step-2 proposals are due December 23, 2024.
