• The Tipping Point selections are delayed until mid-late October 2020.
• NOTE: Offerors are reminded to engage any proposed NASA Centers, if applicable, at least a month before proposal due date to ensure Centers have ample time to provide the required resource information and/or Letter of Resource Support for inclusion in the Final Proposal submittal. This is especially important in view of the ongoing COVID-19 situation.
• The due date for receipt of Tipping Point Mandatory Preliminary Proposals (MPP) is changed from March 18, 2020, to March 23, 2020 (5:00 p.m. Eastern) due to the difficulties associated with the COVID-19 outbreak.
• Amendment 3 is issued to Appendix 80HQTR20NOA01-20STMD_001 on March 16, 2020.

• NASA is hosting a virtual industry forum on Wednesday, Feb. 19, 2020 from 1:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. EST, to provide an overview of the 2020 ACO and Tipping Point Appendix. STMD will review changes from previous solicitations and provide preliminary feedback on the questions and comments received to date. Potential offerors will also have the chance to ask questions and make comments. The forum will be hosted via teleconference as well as WebEx.
