• Notice: January 17, 2024. On the right side of this page under “Other documents” a PDF version of the slides from the January 12th telecon have been posted. These slides include a link to a recording of the telecon.
• NOTICE: In order to receive the connection information for the Pre-Proposal Conference on January 12, 2024, interested parties must first register for the event. That registration information is posted to the right, under 'Other Documents'.
• NOTICE: Amended December 14, 2023. This amendment releases the final text for this program element, now called Earth Action: Community Action for Equity and Environmental Justice. NOIs are requested by January 16, 2024, and Proposals are due by March 14, 2024. A pre-proposal teleconference will occur at 1 pm eastern time January 12, 2024. Registration information for the telecon will be posted by the end of December under "Other documents" on right side of this NSPIRES page. An inclusion plan of up to two pages is required, see Section 4.3. This required Inclusion Plan will not be part of the adjectival ratings nor selection recommendations for this opportunity. Proposals submitted to this program will be evaluated using dual-anonymous peer review (DAPR). Proposals must be prepared according to the guidelines in Section 5 and in the associated "Guidelines for Anonymous Proposals" document under "Other Documents" on the NSPIRES page for this program element.
