• Amended on July 14, 2011. NASA has determined that proposals will be solicited this year under this program element. This Amendment presents the final text of Appendix D.5: The Swift Guest Investigator Program – Cycle 8. The major changes to the text from Cycle 7 are the change in available funding, the introduction of a new category of Large proposals, the fact that funding is no longer provided for proposals in the “Fill-in” category, the removal of the proposal cost cap (Section 2.2.1), and the addition of a Summary of Key Information at the end (Section 3). The new due date for proposals is September 28, 2011.
