  • NOTICE: Amended June 8, 2023. This amendment releases the final text for this program element, which had been listed as "TBD." Optional Notices of Intent are requested by September 18, 2023. Phase-1 proposals are due at 4:30 p.m. eastern time October 18, 2023 via ARK/RPS. The page limit for the S/T/M section of Phase-1 proposals is less than the standard, please see Section 2.2.1. Phase-1 proposals will be evaluated using a dual-anonymous peer review process. See Section 2.2.2 and in the associated "Guidelines for Anonymous Proposals" document. Due to the nature of the proposed investigations proposals need not include an "Open Science and Data Management Plan".
