• NOTICE: Amended May 29, 2020. This program element, which was TBD, will not be solicited in ROSES-2020. Due to its strategic nature, SAT investments are intended to be responsive to 2020 Decadal Survey of Astronomy and Astrophysics recommendations, which are expected to be issued during the 2021 calendar year. This program will be solicited as part of ROSES-2021, with an expected deadline for NOIs in October 2021 and for proposals in December 2021.

The document 'D.1 Astrophysics Research Program Overview' describes research activities within the NASA science division that is managing the specific proposal opportunity on this page and may impose requirements upon proposals submitted to this program element. The document 'Summary of Solicitation' describes the common requirements for all ROSES-2020 proposal opportunities. The documents 'Table 2' and 'Table 3' contain the list of all proposal opportunities and their due dates, sorted by due date or appendix number, respectively. All of these documents are kept up to date and incorporate amendments, clarifications, and corrections in a clearly identifiable manner.
